What is hauntingly impactful about a 4.4% yield for the S&P 500?

Not sure why, but a 4.4% 10-year Treasury Yield has proved to be a major problem for the S&P 500 Index during the current bull market. Since the 10-year yield is again nearing the fretted level this afternoon, I thought it may be worthwhile to drawn attention to perhaps dealing with another bout of yields above 4.4%.
